Dave Rotheray returns! And he’s got company…
Ex-Beautiful South guitarist and songwriter Dave Rotheray “retired” from music back in 2013 after the release of his excellent second sort-of-solo set Answer Ballads. But now he’s back as one third of all-new band Prosecco Socialist, alongside old friends Eleanor McEvoy and Mike Greaves.
New single “This Dog’s Just For Christmas (Not For Life)” landed out of the blue – an early Christmas present, if you will – via Spotify and iTunes on December 8th. A debut album, Songs From Behind Bars, follows in 2018.
