No Parking For Caravans are a loose collective of acoustic songwriters and musicians based in Cherry Burton. Describing themselves as “a sort of cross between Squeeze, Nick Drake and Velvet Underground”, the band is centred around main members Leigh Lawrence and Andy Dolman with occasionally, Jennie Beasty on violin and Dez Allenby on whistles/accordion, plus various other friends and guests.

Debut single “Let It Be Real” was released on Jan 16th, 2018 and featured a host of additional guest musicians – Neil Scott (electric guitar), Martin Peirson (12 string), Graham Beck (organ), Pete Robinson (keyboards and slate drums) and Cathy & Dez Allenby (harmonies).
